Is it possible to limit the number of uploads?

Hello,
Sorry it took me so long to answer you back, but I was in the middle of a release and the answer depended on it.
With the new version (v1.2) you can limit the number of total votes in a per picture basis or globally.
I have to update the product description but it is already announced in the new Documentation Wiki.
