The Community Support area is available to all WeXtend members regardless of their subscriptions status (active or not).

This space aims for making requests and seeking help from other members of the community and it's not directly assisted by the developers.

Even though developers can and probably will participate on discussions started on these forums, support requests will not be answered and will completely ignored by the developers.

A premium support area for making support requests directly to the WeXtend developers is available at the Subscribers Support forums and are only available to active subscribers.
