The JWallpapers Contest Pack is an additional extension that adds contest capabilities to JWallpapers. Organize contests using your JWallpapers galleries and gain absolute control over the voting system with this exciting add-on package.

This add-on consist on a Joomla module and plugin.

Contest Module

• Create contests by choosing the dates for start and end of contest.
• Select the JWallpapers categories that will be competing in the contest.
• Basic templating to customize the way each contest module looks.
• Run multiple contests at the same time.

The Vote Watcher plugin

• Restrict votes by member and by IP in order to avoid multiple votes from the same user or IP address.
• Give the possibility of voting again after a given period of time (in hours).
• Allow the same IP to vote up to a given number of times while using different accounts (useful if you would like to allow votes from members who share the same internet connection).
• Votes can also be restricted locally (in a per picture basis) or globally, i.e. if locally is set, members will be able to vote for different pictures, while in globally mode, they will be only allowed to vote once.

Languages

• English, Spanish and French for the frontend interface. English for the backend interface.

Requirements

• Joomla 1.5 or better
• ionCube Loader *
• JWallpapers 1.3 or better **

* The JWallpapers Contest Pack files are encrypted using the ionCube encoder. In order to read these files, your server needs to be configured with ionCube support enabled. Contact your web hosting provider in order to install the ionCube loaders if they are missing in your server. The loaders can be downloaded here if you want to install them yourself.

** You need JWallpapers v1.3 or better installed on your Joomla site in order to use this add-on package.
