This pack includes a Joomla! module and plugin.

Contest Module

• Create contests by choosing the dates for start and end of contest.
• Select the JWallpapers categories that will be competing in the contest.
• Basic templating to customize the way each contest module looks.
• Run multiple contests at the same time.
• Automatically open votes and / or uploads on the participating categories when the contest starts.
• Automatically close votes and / or uploads on the participating categories when the contest ends.
• Provides direct upload links to categories participating in the contest.
• Winners are determined by taking into account both, the rating average and the number of votes (points = rating * number of votes). In this scenario, a vote can be seen as a like action from 1 to 5.

The Vote Watcher plugin

• Restrict votes by member and by IP in order to avoid multiple votes from the same user or IP address.
• Give the possibility of voting again after a given period of time (in hours).
• Allow the same IP to vote up to a given number of times while using different accounts (useful if you would like to allow votes from members who share the same internet connection).
• Votes can also be restricted locally (in a per picture basis) or globally, i.e. if locally is set, members will be able to vote for different pictures, while in globally mode, they will be only allowed to vote once.
• Set the maximum number of allowed votes per user (globally, i.e. all pictures, or on a per picture basis).

Languages

English, Spanish and French for the frontend interface. English for the backend interface.
