Terms and Conditions of ServicePlease read carefully the following document before buying any product or service from WeXtend. Buying or using one of the WeXtend products or services implies that the customer has read and accepted the following Terms and Conditions of Service. WeXtend reserves the right to make changes to this document at any time and without prior notice. OwnershipYou "the customer" may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any WeXtend products, modified or unmodified. All these products are and remain the property of their owners, as stated in their respective copyright notice. WarrantyWeXtend products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall the juridical person of WeXtend be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use WeXtend products. Refund and Return PolicySince we deal in virtual goods, once a file, "the product", is downloaded, a refund and/or return cannot be claimed by the customer. Cancellations of subscriptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis and will only be granted if:
Cancellations will not be considered if more than fifteen (15) days have passed since the date of purchase. Partial refunds are not granted for any reason upon early termination of subscriptions. Account usageWeXtend accounts and subscriptions are non-transferable, non-exclusive and their use is strictly limited to their rightful owners. Account access information should always be kept private and confidential and never should be given out to anyone under any circumstances. Making this information public is strictly forbidden. Violation of these rules might result in cancellation of your account and subscriptions. WeXtend reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by WeXtend at any time and at its sole discretion. Accounts lifetimeWeXtend account holders who have never had an active WeXtend plan, will see their account deleted from the system (without notice) during maintenance operations, no longer than one year after their creation. WeXtend account holders who have subscribed to a WeXtend plan in the past, and do not have an active subscription during maintenance operations, will see their account deleted from the system (without notice) if no subscription has been made during the last year (one year after his/her last subscribed plan expires). Technical SupportTechnical product support will only be provided for WeXtend products containing code written and/or provided by a WeXtend representative. Support will not be provided for customized WeXtend products containing code written by the subscriber or another individual. Only changes in the translation and style (CSS) files will be tolerated. WeXtend reserves the right as entitled by law to keep contractual/invoicing information for up to ten years. |
